Abstract
Purpose of this research simultaneously and partially to determine the effect of safety, health and work accident on the productivity of employees working on the CV. Furniture signa Kediri. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis is to determine the effect of safety, health and work accident on labor productivity. F test used to determine the effect of independent variables are bound variables simultaneously, while the t test used to determine the effect of partial free variable in employee productivity. With the implementation of the K3 program implemented by the company, then it is expected that the welfare of employees at work can be guaranteed. If the welfare of every employee to be achieved, the output produced by firms will increase as this is driven by employee satisfaction in work and kerjapun accident rate can be minimized. Thus, every employee is expected to have more loyalty and responsibility in the follow and implement all the procedures adopted by the perusahaan.Sehingga performance of the company's main goal can be achieved in accordance with the vision and misi.Berdasarkan results of this study concluded that the safety, health, and influential work accident significant impact on employee productivity CV. Furniture signa Kediri. Partially, work safety work safety have a significant impact on employee productivity in the CV. Furniture signa Kediri, which means the better the level of safety will be followed by an increase in labor productivity higher and higher. Occupational health has a significant impact on employee productivity in the CV. Furniture signa Kediri, which means the better the level of occupational health will be followed by an increase in labor productivity higher and higher. Accidents have a significant impact on employee productivity in the CV. Furniture signa Kediri, meaning the more secure employees from workplace accidents or the lower the level of workplace accidents will be followed by an increase in labor productivity higher and higher.
