Abstract

Industrial in this time claimed to made a product efficiently, economic and effective, without decrease of product quality, with engineer desaign can improve strength product besides primary factor of tool material. And from many products using materials of plate, for example: a car body, a panel of leaf door, tidiness can, tile of multiroof and the other. Correctly technique forming can add strength of structure material product, besides addition of desaign engineering in the form of addition bending. Forming technique by adding plate bending expected can add strength of simple materials, besides adding the beauty form, aerodynamic and also structure formation. For next analysis needed aid from a computer program which can analyse, In this case program the using ANSYS 8.0 software capable to distritisasi till millions element that can be obtained result of more accurate. And expected the quality of forming in course of production can to suppose and known strain tension distribution and also simulation test wear software will be able to replace test of material which in character broke the product.
