Abstract

Existence of salesman that is less professional makes some of publics unable to have the pleasure to presence of the salesman. This thing is because consumer has negative perception to salesman causing affects at product volume of trading for company using salesman person as marketing energy. This research aim to know exhaustively about perception of presence public would of salesman visiting consumer direct door to door. Perception is knowledge or understanding of someone in interpreting stimulus through indra. Someone tries is selective and organizes this stimulation which based on psychology principle, interpretation from unique stimulus from every individual based on is requirement expected by individual that is sticking from former experience. This research applies qualitative method with subject to amount to 3 man who has applied product from salesman door to door. Data collecting method used is by using interview technique. Data before tested its (the authenticity through Triangulation is inspection through other sourse is people closest and Huberman that is Reduction of data, presentation of data, drawdown conslusion/verification. Result from this research indicates that in principle all consumers to expect all its (the desires fufilled while experience of consumer exactly gets salesman which according to understanding of consumer has behavior unable to please like liking forces in meaning of obstinate to promote its (the product, a more regular salesman forces and deceptive. Research conslusion of consumer perception of negativity. Perception of consumer negativity is caused by salesman negativity positions between it (less honestly in explaining and like forces)
