Abstract

This research aims to: (1) determine the description of Green Human Resource Management, Green Transformational Leadership, and Environmental Performance at Rayz UMM Hotel. (2) determine the influence of Green Human Resource Management on the Environmental Performance of Rayz UMM Hotel employees. (3) determine the influence of Green Transformational Leadership on the Environmental Performance of Rayz UMM Hotel employees. The research method used was quantitative, with Frequency Distribution and Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS 16 tools. The population in this study were Rayz UMM Hotel employees with 38 respondents using purposive sampling. The results of this research are (1) The implementation of Green Human Resource Management at the Rayz UMM Hotel is classified as very good, the implementation of Green Transformational Leadership at the Rayz UMM Hotel is considered good, and the implementation of Environmental Performance at the Rayz UMM Hotel is very satisfactory. (2) Green Human Resource Management has a positive and significant effect on Environmental Performance. (3) Green Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Environmental Performance at Rayz UMM Hotel.
