Abstract
Vice Rector (PR) II of University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM), Drs. Mursidi, MM, had his own way in coloring UMM employees. In pengajian (religious study, usually in a form of speech) presented in front of the FISIP lecturers and staffs after lecturer coordination meeting of even semester last week, Mursidi conveyed eight Islamic and professional work ethics.
