Abstract

The phenomenon of job performance in the industrial world is an aspect that is highly regarded by companies, as well as factors that influence it. This study aims to examine the role of workplace well-being as a mediated in the influence of self - efficacy and job performance. High Self-efficacy can influence individuals to feel well-being at work. high workplace well-being can strengthen the influence of self-efficacy and job performance. This study used a quantitative design involving 63 employees from the total 70 employees population as research subjects. Sampling was conducted online using purposive sampling techniques through the general self-efficacy scale, workplace well-being (WWB), and Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ). Data analysis was conducted using Moderated Regression analysis (MRA) method, with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results showed that workplace well-being did not mediate the effect of self-efficacy on job performance. But self-efficacy directly affects job performance.
