The research was a case study to HF Prima cigarette company Malang titled: “Compensation Influence to the Employee Work Productivity in Marketing Department of HF PRIMA MALANG Cigarette Company”. The research aimed to find out how the employee compensation of Marketing Department and did the compensation have significant influence to employee work productivity in Marketing Department of HF Prima cigarette company Malang. Analytical tool used to find out the compensation influence to work productivity in marketing department of HF. Prima Malang Cigarette Company were scale rate technique and simple linear regression analysis. Subject used was employee in marketing department of HF. Prima Malang Cigarette Company. Data collection technique was done by spreading questionnaire to all marketing department’s employee. While to find out the significance of compensation variable and productivity variable, the writer used F test and t test. In this research, the writer took one hypothesis where thought that compensation given by the company has significant influence to employee work productivity at marketing department of HF. Prima Malang Cigarette Company. Scale rate analysis showed that compensation variable was on good determination where the score rate was 278.5 and productivity variable found 289 score in high determination. Correlation coefficient 0.719. Determination coefficient was 0.517 or 51,7% and rest of 48,3% influenced by another variables. From simple regression linear, there found Fcount 83.657 larger than Ftable which was 3.963. So that could be concluded that compensation given to the employee was good, and employee work productivity in Marketing Department of HF. Prima Malang Cigarette Company was high. Compensation were salary, bonus and influenced support, significant to the employee work productivity in Marketing department which consisted of good quality and time discipline to work. Productivity also could be seen from the increasing marketing each year, progressing customer and wider marketing area.
