This study is done on July until September 2007 in Indoor laboratory of Husbandry-Fishery Faculty, the chemistry laboratory and biotecnology laboratory of University of Muhammadiyah Malang. This study aims at finding out the effect on the use of aloe vera extract by applying different dose toward the hematocrit level, leukocrit and the activity of fagositocis cell of golden fish blood (Cyprinus carpio), and finding out the aloe vera extract giving the level of hematocrite, leukocrite and the best activity of fagositocis cell of golden fish (Cyprinus carpio) blood cell. This study is expected to give the new alternative in the effort of preventing diseases by improving the body imunity by giving the immunostimulant to stimulate the non-specific imunity system on the golden fish (Cyprinus carpio), and it can also be used as information source on the dose of the use of aloe vera extract in such proportional way. The method used is experimental one and the experimental design is Complete Random Sampling by applying four treatments. The aloe vera extract used heree is 0 mg/10ml, 10mg/10ml, 20mg/10ml, 30mg/10ml, and 40mg/10ml. The tested fish is injected by using the aloe Vera extract about 0.2 ml based on the treatment dose and each treatment will be repeated three times. The result of the study shows that the use of immunostimulant of aloe vera extract does not significantly affect the hematocrit level, leukocrit and the activity of fagositocis cell of golden fish blood (Cyprinus carpio). The water condition on the research media is in a normal state in which the acid level (pH) is about 7-8, and the dissolved oxygen is about 6.9-7.5 mg/l and the temperature is about 23.7 – 24.0 degree celcius. Suggestion: it is suggested that the use of aloe vera extract is done orally (through the fish mouth) since the use of aloe vera by using injection really affects the tested fish condition. Furthermore, we need to do further study on the use of aloe vera by using appropriate injection method so that it can give positive effect on the golden fish (Cyprinus carpio). And finally, we need to learn on how to take the aloe vera extract appropriately so that it will be really effective to take the immunostimulant active material in it.
