Indonesia's economic growth is increasingly improved, making the property market increased. If the economy grows well and the level of Unemployment is also declining, many people can afford to buy a house so property market will grow exponentially, as happens now. Conversely if economic decline (recession) and work very hard to obtain, people will postpone buying a house so that the housing price trends will decrease. Property prices tend to rise in the income per capita also up, this happens in the economy thrived, with employment are increasingly available, and more and more couples are working. Because the degree of dependence of home buyers today are associated with home ownership loans, rising interest rates will be very effect on housing demand. Indonesia's growing conditions improved, impact on the declining mortgage interest rates. This gives maximize the opportunity for more home loans disbursed by sector banks to the need for families to buy their houses medium. Along with the rapid economic progress and the business, the banking business also increasingly diverse, but the activities of credit remains a bone back operations in these enterprises, until today still remains firmly held.
