Abstract
This research is aimed to analyze the process in making decision on purchasing motorcycle at Suzuki dealer in Malang city. Besides, this research is also aimed to analyze some reasons that influence customers in taking decision on purchasing Suzuki motorcycle. This research uses descriptive analysis, while the methode is Questionaire. Spread of these questionnaires are in order to collect some informations related to process in making decision by respondents. The method is non probability sample. That is convenience sample an number of the respondents are 150 people. Based on the research. Most of the customers purchase Suzuki motorcycle for reasons of it’s endurance. While majority of customers receives informations by brochures, banners and other promotions. Theyfore, dealer is supposed to stress more on endurance in promoting and make improvements on advertisement format or message want to go on brochures and banners.
