Abstract
ABSTRACT In daily intercourse the relationship berween unmarried couple become a way to do a violence especially woman as a victim. The violence happens during date period, because there is an assums that woman has weak physical than man. Therefore, most of womans become the violences victim. Eventhought these violence always happens in our society but there is no specific law that adjust this crime. Moveover, the victims do not encourage themself to report the problem they have. So that in it is going to be move victims in the next. The statement problems in this research are : 1. What are the factors that influence physical violence during date period of students of UMM ? 2. What are the types of physical violence during date period ? 3. How do the certain institute overcome these physical violence that happens in students of UMM ? This research used approach juridical-sisiological method. Procedure of data collection used interview method with respondents from students of UMM. Then the date of research result analyzed by deskriptive qualitative. From 10 respondents, the writer obtain data of factors why physical violence happens date period in period in students of UMM, such as : respondents do not obey their boyfriend, profusely jealous and dishonest. The physical violences happens in boarding house of respondents either their couple. Types of physical violences in this research are hit, slap, kick. Pinch and tuft.
