The research is based on social phenomena about agression action which many children imitates from film. Sometimes, the society does not attends what kind of film which they watch is square with their age, more dangerous is if that film mostly have agression action and has been watching with childrens without parents or adults guidance. Without guidance, the childrens will absord all of message on and then they’re will be doing imitation which is not good from the actionions on film. The first, adults have to attending the film cover when will choosing film for childrens, because sometime is not match with the content. But, out of from the cover, the adult keep have to guidance. Just like from Film Up which have animation picture which interested childrens for watching this film. Based from the top, the researcher had the formulate research question “How much the frequency of social and agression message which on Film Up”? and for knowing how much the frequency of social and agression message which on Film Up. Film is one of the mass media which used the society for getting entertaining and education. That is as like of to the effect from that media which use to give entertaining and education for their audience. Basic from that so film as media should have to prosocial effect wheres the effect can helpfuly for the effect taker. So, the film is have to good message or should be have muchly the percentage of good message then agression message. The social message is the message which have social actions which in force in society and which benefitt one or two side. Meanwhile, the agression message is the message which have agression actions to some people or some thing and verbal nonverbal. The type of this research is using descriptive with the statistic tool and the method is used is content analysis. This method just analyse the message which in sight on the research object. The scope is all of the scene which 96 scene from Film Up. The unit of measure is the frequence of perscene which on the message social category and the message agression. The research result is shown that on Film Up the frequency message social and agression is 50 time (52,08%) from 96 scene. From the message social category is 52 time (54,16%) with cooperation indications is 12 time (12,50%), help indications is 21 time (21,87%) and sharing is 19 time (19,79%). From the message agression category is 41 time (19,79%), with attacking indication is 14 time (14,58%), reproaching indication is 14 time (14,58%) and threatening indication is 13 time (13,54%). With the research result the conclusion is that the Film Up is more have message which indicates the social action then agression. While that the agression action have too much enough percentage, so the researcher recommend to all of adult to guidance the childrens when they are watching this film and arrange them for doing or not doing the bad action on their society life.
