EVALUASI PROGRAM PENCEGAHAN STUNTING DI DESA GIRIPURNO

Stunting problems in the village of Giripurno based on bultim data in the city of Batu are 25.64% in 2020. Even though the stunting management program has been carried out by the Giripurno village government but the stunting rate is still low above the average of 13.37%. Based on these problems, the researcher wanted to examine how to evaluate the stunting management program policies in Giripurno Village. Data collection was carried out using qualitative research methods. Researchers want to describe how the process of implementing stunting prevention programs. Data collection was carried out using interview and observation methods. The results of this study indicate that stunting management activities in the village of Giripurno are caused by two things. The first is that there are three programs that are not implemented and the second is that the activity or program for examining pediatric specialists also fails because they are not handled by a competent person. Based on these results, the researchers coordinated the need to change stunting assistance, or the need to further optimize the stunting management program in Giripurno village.
