Abstract
The purposes of this study are to know the influence of health insurance system toward score charge and to analyze many forms of health service given by hospital to two groups (participants and non-participants of Askes) to know the given health service model. Analysis method for this study is by using ANOVA, by assumption that there would be any influence if it is viewed from health insurance participation, where F value > F table. It means significant, the level of significant is 0,05. If significant value < 0,05 or 5%, it means significant. The result of ANOVA test shows that there is any difference of significant total tariff (F = 14,842; Sig = 0,001) viewed from health insurance participant, there is any significant total tariff (F = 59,183; Sig = 0,000) viewed from treatment time. Besides, there is any different model of service (F = 60,127; Sig = 0,000) viewed from health insurance participation, there is any significant different service (F = 15,559; Sig = 0,000) viewed from treatment time. It means that health insurance has influences toward total tariff and health service model in the hospital.
