Abstract
Object of this study is related to law enforcement of traffic violations by drivers of two wheel motor vehicles in Malang district police jurisdictions. This study aims to determine the forms of traffic violations, enforcement mechanisms and traffic violations in an effort to overcome obstacles and traffic violations. As for this research is descriptive analytical approach to juridical sociology. Source data from this study consisted of primary and secondary data. Pengumpumpulan techniques of primary data by interview (Interview), documentation, observation. And secondary data collection techniques using literature study, with data collected was analyzed by using analysis of descriptive analysis. The results from a violation of existing traffic in Malang district police is a violation of speed limits, load limits, road signs, letters, and the terms of this completeness is the most banayk pelaggarn performed by two-wheeled motorized vehicle types. Mechanisms of law enforcement traffic violations by drivers of two wheel motor vehicles made by police in Malang in two ways, namely by way of Non Yustisil with repressive repressive Yustisil. Repression of Non Yustisil repressive manner this is done only with a reprimand and notice it while repressive Repressive Yustisil This is done by way of summons in accordance with the Decree of Chief of Police No.Pol: Skep/443/IV/1998 dated April 17, 1998. Completion of this speeding ticket can be done in two ways, and entrusted to the trial court. The discovery of the field that the toll mechanism of siding is much abused as it should be about the fines paid by violators. Total fines paid much higher than the rule. Constraints faced in Malang district police officers as authorized in the conduct prosecution of traffic violations is the limited number of personnel, resources, police personnel, police arbitrariness, and the sanction imposed was too light.
