The research was empirical research titled: “The influence of liquidity level to company performance from the perspective of cash-flow report”. The research aimed to find out how the influence of liquidity level to company performance from the perspective of cash-flow. In this research, the writer used 3 analytical tools to measure liquidity level, by using cas ratio, quick ratio, and work capital ratio. The three analytical tool also used in this research also used by Kartika (2005) to measure the company’s liquidity level from cash-flow. The research used 17 Food and Beverages companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2007-2009. Sampling Method used was purposive sampling. Analytical technique used in this research was multiple linear regression with SPSS version 14.00 for windows program. According to research and Data analysis result, there could be found that liquidity level variables didn’t have significant influence to company performance from the perspective of cash-flow. It showed by significant number for (0,990), (0,071), (0,967) which larger than α (0,05) or t value - < t –table (0,013, 1,965, - 0,042 < 3,41).
