Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze influence of word of mouth on purchasing decisions and dimensions which dominates on purchase decisions in Mie Setan, Malang. The population in this research are consumers who make purchases on the Mie Setan in Malang are the number of research sample as many as 100 respondents using puporsive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Results of the analysis showed significant word of mouth influence on purchasing decisions and, excitement variable dominates purchasing decisions in Mie Setan in Malang.
