Abstract

Research Purpose are: 1) To describe the motivation, job satisfaction and performance of employees of the Department of Capil Batu 2) To examine and analyze the significance of the effect of motivation on employee performance 3) Analyze the significance of motivation and job satisfaction to employee performance 4) Analyze the role of job satisfaction variables in moderate the effect of motivation on employee performance Capil Office of Batu The analytical tool used is a Simple Linear Regression, Linear Regression and Linear Regression Moderation (MRA) with data collection via questionnaires with 59 respondents Capil Service employee Batu. Measurements of respondents in this study using likret scale (range scale), which is represented on a scale of one to five. The results showed that simultaneous work motivation affect the performance of employees, about the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction to employee performance simultaneously motivation and job satisfaction affect the performance of employees and the job satisfaction (moderating variable) moderates the effect of work motivation on employee performance, but weaken the performance when working motivation and job satisfaction improved.
