Abstract

This study aimed to describe the performance of employees and work discipline at Firda Elite Convection Colection Malang and test whether the discipline of work have a significant effect on the performance of employees at CV.Firda Elite Convection Colection Malang. Analyzer used in this research is by using Scale analysis and simple linear regression. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that the disciplinary labor diatarik can be obtained by the average value of labor discipline that is equal to 204, which means that the discipline of work in the high category. Convection performance of employees at Elite Colection Malang Firda obtained an average value of 196.1, which means that the performance of employees in the category is quite high. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis showed that labor discipline significantly influence employee performance in CV Convection. Firda Elite Colection Malang. Based on the conclusion of the study then diajurkan some suggestions that companies must provide to employees who violate the sanctions primarily to employees who are absent from work without reason. Form of sanctions which can be given in the form of a reprimand to dismissal. Requiring employees who are absent from work makes a license so that it can be seen clearly the reason for absence from work and set a time in the Company's completion of the work should really pay attention to the comparison time in working with a number of products to be produced.
