The purpose of this study, first, to know the motivation of employees in the production company of Lawang Malang.second for find Weaving diligent employee performance of the production in Weaving Diligent company of Lawang Malang, Third to determine whether the effect motivasimempunyai significant impact on employee performance of the company's production Weaving Rajin Lawang Malang.The funtion this research to provide positive feedback for the company's last company Weaving diligent of Lawang Malang, about the influence of motivation on employee performance of production Analyst tools used in this study are using scale range and multiple linear regression. Scale analysis results can be known that motivation isinclude the encouragement of employees fiologis requirement needs is obtained by 223.67, 220 for safety and security needs, social needs amounting to 221.33, self-realization and fulfillment size223, 33 are included in the category very high, while for variable need self-esteem is very high in the same category with the value of the Scale analysis showed that the entry in the category of very high while for the variable self-esteem needs into the high category with a value of 215.33. Based on the analysis of employee performance, including completion of all work which are the responsibility of employees, quality products in accordance with the established standards and set a target date Weaving company Diligent of Lawang Malang very well fall into that category with an average score of 225.67 included in the range 178-219. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis using the F test to prove that the motivation that includes encouragement of physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, esteem needs, self-realization and fulfillment together have a significant influence on the performance of the employees of the Company production Weaving Radjin of Lawang Malang. This is evidenced by the value of F test> Ftable (75.166> 2.420). company advice given to company management that is expected to loom for the industrious poor mace provide salaries appropriate and timely given to all employees so that they can meet all your needs. It is expected that the company is also considering varieabel another motivation, in this case because the other varieabel also a positive influence on employee performance of can actualize itself in good and fair in all forms capabilities expected the company to be owned by its employees in a given work in the company. The leadership companies need to accept the existence? Presence of employees as members of the working group, doing good work and the intention of creating a harmonious working relationship
