Researcher interest to check film " Jarhead" Production Universal Studios Year 2005, because researcher look into this film is made with different theme with other film which war genre. Thedirector alone say that this non film war and also politics, but seeing war from the aspect of different approach. Is true,when propaganda films moment pop out with theme of America in action in the middle east, this film exactly will slap to return America with useless fact of war in the middle east. But researcher remain to wish to know is there any propaganda payload in this film, seen used propaganda technique. This Formula research internal issue is which propaganda technique is which tending to to be used in film of Jarhead Universal Studios production , while target of research is researcher wish to know propaganda technique which is is effective to be used in film. Research method the used is descriptive method. Because most analysis fill is descriptive research. Descriptive method is one of the analytic method form. Duty a descriptive research method is to perform a classification and depiction. Technique data collecting used by researcher is documentation, that is by turning around VCD film original " Jarhead" and conduct perception, noting and analysing each;every dialogued and narasi which have been translated to Indonesia and note propaganda technique which possible there are in scene. Hereinafter data which have been obtained will be included into sheet of koding which pursuant to structure categorize which have been specified. Technique analyse data which is used in this research to pass content analysis from film " Jarhead". Result of which got by researcher of having taken steps analyse data is propaganda technique of name calling is most technique often emerge by 9 usage times;( 39,1 %) ;then second propaganda technique which most often emerge is card stacking , this technique emerge by 5 usage times ( 21,7 %),then caught up technicsly propaganda of using of all persuation by 4 usage times( 17,4%), Glitering Generalities by 4 usage times( 17,4 %), propaganda technique of testimonials emerge by 1 usage times( 2,5%). For the technique of propaganda of reputable mouthpiece, propaganda technique transfer, propaganda technique of bandwagon and propaganda technique of plain folks obtained not at all used. Become, conclusion the got is propaganda technique of name calling is often used in film of Jarhead universal studios production.
