Abstract
This study aimed at analyzing the effect of financial and non-financial compensation on employees performance. The researcher investigated which of financial and non-financial compensation had stronger influence on employee performance by using total sampling technique, 40 employees from production division. The analysis tool used scale range multiple linear regression. The result of the study showed that financial and non-financial compensation variable significantly influenced employee performance, in which the financial compensation variable was more dominant on the performance of employees. The researcher suggested the company to give salary in accordance with the workloads given to the employees, to concern more on the policy related to salary distribution, and to be moderator if there were problems among the employees in order to avoid disbenefit to other parties.
