This research represent research of survey from an population and use quisioner at Co-Operation Unit Countryside " BATU" with title " Influence Of Discipline Work To Performance Employees in KUD" BATU ". Target of this Research is to know discipline storey; level; performance storey; level; and do job/activity discipline have an effect on signifikan to employees performance in KUD BATU. In this research, writer take hypothesis that is job/activity discipline have an effect on signifikan to employees performance. Analyzer used to know discipline storey; level, employees performance storey; level use analysis span scale. To know influence of discipline work to employees performance use analysis of regresi linear modestly. Result of calculation by means of analyse to span scale for the storey; level of discipline work employees is equal to 295,555 , while for the storey; level of employees performance is equal to 319,67. While result of analysis of regresi linear modestly show result of influence of variable of independent to variable dependent is big. From result of analysis span and scale of regresi the linear modestly, as according to yardstick hence for the discipline of job/activity enter in high category and for the performance of employees enter in good category and job/activity discipline have an effect on signifikan to employees performance. Thereby hipotesisi in research is proven. Pursuant to conclusion above, writer of implication that better KUD BATU in specifying regulation expected to conduct socialization to employees.
