Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk with the title "Implementation Mechanism Taplus Products Business In. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Malang ". This study aims to find out about the procedures and constraints in the implementation of Business Taplus products at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Malang. The initial steps adalahmenentukan author background and merumuskanya problem. Data analysis techniques that I use is a qualitative descriptive analysis because in this study describes the procedures and constraints in the implementation of Business Taplus products at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Malang. The data collected through the data Primary and secondary data is data collected by interview directly with the marketing department of the BNI and documents at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Branch Malang. Conclusions from the study that the product BNI Business Taplus simple implementation mechanism ie prospective customer comes to the bank to open an account Taplus Business, then contact the Customer Service show identification such as ID card / driving license for examination and mengisisi new account opening form, after the charging deposit slip to be submitted to the Teller besererta bankbook and cash corresponding to the slip somewhat to be inputted into the system and given the initials teller, then the last deposit slip submitted to the Accounting. Obstacles that occur due to lack of pengetehuan customers and the provision of information or lack of banks to customers.
