Abstract

In problem of conservancy require to be paid attention that often seen in company less paying attention of conservancy area or of maintenance, so that happened by activity of not regular conservancy. Activity of this conservancy shall have to earn to guarantee that during production process take place, will not happened jams which because of production facility or machine. The condition happened at PT. DANLIRIS which producing yarn. Damages of machine often happened at this company. Besides used machines have is old of its age, activity of treatment of uncommitted machine even also in an optimal fashion. With not regular treatment or ugly treatment can generate problem of economics which concerning level of the expense of arising out effect of existence of treatment or repair of machine because machine and equipments of natural production of damage. To overcome the the problem hence proposed planning of treatment of machine by kontinu by using method of Markov Chain. Treatment of this proposal use Method of Enumerasi Sempurna which there are four condition ( condition of good, light damage, moderate damage and heavy damage ) and 3 decision of action (not be conducted by treatment, conducted by preventive treatment and conducted by treatment of repair). From 4 condition and 3 decision of the action got by 81 policy stationary with assumption 1 policy stationary is conducted by company. To finish this case is assisted by program of Quantitative System Version 3.0 From conducted research, will be selected by the expense of which its mean of smallest him. Of action ke-81 treatment of the proposal hence concluded at each machine, namely : At RSF machine conducted by Treatment of Preventif at condition of damage with cost-saving equal to Rp. 14.775.067,-.
