Abstract

The title was chosen to determine credit repayment strategy that can be chosen by the customer. It is associated with each of the credit system that can be paid off early between the customers directly with the relevant bank. Credit system in BRIguna is a system of cooperation between Bank BRI with one of the companies that would pay directly by cuts customers’ salary who work at the company. The problems that can be formulated is "How repayment strategy in BRIguna Karya Loan Program at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BRI) Probolinggo Branch?” This uses a system of cooperation that is different from the conventional. The purpose of this research is to determine the repayment strategy in BRIguna Karya Loan Program at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BRI) Probolinggo Branch. This research type is qualitative descriptive, that describe the data from either written or oral information obtained from: interviews, documentation, and literature. The data analysis techniques are: describe the process of credit until the disbursement, calculating the amount of credits from the two repayment techniques, elaborate systematically based on existing numerical data and then interpreted in the form of a description, and perform the calculation of the repayment installments. Differences in the calculation of loan repayment before the end time period of loan is the fee charged to customers for the residue of the basic payment plus the penalty fee (if any), and then deducted in two installments due to a period of time before the end period of loan agreement. The results of the research is describe that the best BRIguna repayment strategy is pay it full of more than two instalments before the end of loan period agreement, so that, the installments cuts by two period for repayment is definitely the economical advantage for customer.
