Abstract
This study is direct observation in PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Malang by title "An analysis on company performance measurement by using Balanced Scorecard." The purpose of this study is to know how is the performance measurement of PT. Telkom Kandatel Malang by using Balanced Scorecard, in increasing company performance. It is case study; it is study that is conducted by observing study object by mean to get data and explanation based on the problem discussed. Data collection is by interview and documentation. Data analysis used here is Balanced Scorecard. The result of this study shows that based on the procedure and steps based available theory. Besides, it is alse seen by using the four perspectives of Balanced Scorecard; they are financial perspective, customers perspective, internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspectives.
