Abstract

Background: Epidemiological research show that many risk factors associated with Coronary Heart Disease such as smoking, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, obesity, and dyslipidemia. It occurs separately or concurrently for the long time, has increased the occurrence of Coronary Heart Disease. According to the theories that the dyslipidemia risk factors magnified by the blood pressure, be 9 times the risk, whereas hypertension and smoking which occurred simultaneously, be 4.5 times the risk of Coronary Heart Disease. Objective: To prove The average difference of the risk rate of Coronary Heart Disease on hypertensive patients and smoker with hypertension and dyslipidemia. Research Method: The study is observational analytic with the cross sectional approach, with a sample of 48 people, which diagnosed with Coronary Heart Disease, the criteria is the man, ≥ 55 years old, patients with Coronary Heart Disease who have a history of hypertension andsmoking, and patients with Coronary Heart Disease who have a history of hypertension and dyslipidemia. Data retrieval is done a total sampling of medical records of patients in Dr. Saiful Anwar General Hospital of Malang. The data analysis performed using Chi Square test with 95% degree of credibility and the risk of 5%. Result and Discussion: Based on the results of testing the value of Chi Square test is the average difference of the risk rate of Coronary Heart Disease on Hypertensive Patients and Smoker with Hypertension and Dyslipidemia is a significant (asymp. Sig value = 0,000 <α 0,05). Conclusion: There is an Average Difference of the Risk Rate of Coronary Disease on Hypertensive Patients and Smoker with Hypertension and Dyslipidemia.
