Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1) To determine the motivation of employees 2) To determine employee morale 3) To determine the effect of motivation on employee morale employee 4) To determine which variables that most influence on employee morale part account officer (AO) PT. Bank DanamonTbk. Cluster Malang. For PT. Bank DanamonTbk Cluster Malang, the results of this study can be used as contributions to the company as well as a material consideration in implementing policy related to increased employee morale. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that 1) Motivation of employees which include physiological needs, safety needs, the need for self-esteem and self-actualizing needs fall into the category of high while social needs into the low category. 2) The spirit of employees included in the high category. 3) There is the effect of employee motivation on employee morale and 4). Safety needs of the most influential on employee morale. The suggestion in this study: 1) The company must be more open to employees, should pay more attention to health insurance and retirement benefits of employees and provide the opportunity for employees to be able to develop the capabilities of the employees and ultimately maximizing the potential of the by employees can be formed
