Abstract

Small and moderate industry sector, just like experienced by developed country had huge probability as the main sector of economic, and had fast development using advanced technology. In order to increase the productiveness of small and moderate industry sectors, there needed efforts in supporting its development. It proved that this sector has huge role in a nation’s economic. The research aimed to find out CV. Alam Mandiri Corporation Pasuruan profile, and also to find out marketing strategy at CV. Alam Mandiri Corporation Pasuruan. Internal environment analysis which became the main strength is product quality, product composition, product brand, discount, direct promotion by salesmen, brochure spread and cooperation with stores, while the weakness were transportation and internal environment which owed neutral influence, especially about product selling price. External environment result could state that chance factors were inflation decreasing, income per capita increasing, economic development, support in business license, Rule No.9 / 1995, license of formal business unit, the increasing of population and technology, while rest of them threat from competitors. According to external and internal environment analysis, CV. Alam Mandiri Corporation faced big market chance, but in the other side, the company faced some obstacles or internal weakness. The main obstacle was minimizing or repairing internal problems, so that could able to take the better market chance, by doing product quality repairing, additional transportation and agent as the supporter of marketing and product distributing support.
