Abstract
Customers become one of the important elements for the companies survival itself. CustomerÂ’s loyalty to the brandÂ’s product is a very important concept, especially at the very high and tight condition of competition with low growth. In this condition, brand loyalty is very necessary for the company to survive. The method used for this research is survey research methods. Research located in The Faculty of Economics and Business of Muhammadiyah Malang University. This research uses causal research which is purpose to prove a causal connection. This research using multiple linear regression analysis that consist of T test, F test, determination test, and double linear regression equation test. The resource for this research is from The Faculty of Economics and Business students of Muhammadiyah Malang University who uses Simpati card. The conclusion based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis is brand trust and customer satisfaction are influence for brand loyalty of Simpati card users in The Faculty of Economics and Business Muhammadiyah Malang University, neither simultaneously or partially. Brand trust has a dominant influence for brand loyalty of Simpati card users in The Faculty of Economics and Business of Muhammadiyah Malang University.
