Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the public perception of CSR implementation has been done by people around PT. Salt Sumenep Madura. For companies of this study is expected to provide information to produce better planning in the application of CSR The population in the surrounding community peneltiian is PT. Salt Sumenep Madura directly feel the CSR program undertaken by the company, using accidental sampling technique can then be determined as many as 100 research samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is the analysis of a range of scales. Public perception of the motivation gained an average value of 339.67 scale range qualifies as good enough. Public perception of the scope can be obtained an average value of 353.33 scale ranges are included in both criteria. The results showed that both the public has a good perception of empowerment that are near the plant by the company, maximizing the potential of people who are around the factory by companies and efforts to preserve the environment is to plant trees around the company that carried out by the company. Public perception of the form can be obtained an average value of 355.67 scale range. Public perception of the medium can be obtained an average value of 343 is entered in both criteria. The analysis showed the public has a good perception of the establishment of a foundation that is done by. Salt Sumenep Madura in providing relief to the people, the activities of the company to be the official sponsor of sporting events and programs or a variety of educational events conducted by PT. Salt Sumenep Madura.
