Abstract
The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of work motivation on nurses performance , Partially or simultaneously ( together - the same ). Testing techniques used in this study is test the validity , reliability test , being the tool using multiple linear regression analysis, Scale range f test and t-test with the help of SPSS version 21 . The research was conducted in Bentoel Medical Center Malang. The population of the research was all of the employees), totally 32 employees. Results showed partial work motivation (need for achievement, need for affiliation and need for power) significant influence on employee performance. The data were analyzed using validity test, reliability test, F test and t- Test, meanwhile the analysis instruments used in the research were a range scale and multiple linear regression by applying SPSS program version 21. The result of the research shows that the motivation given was very high, meanwhile the performance of the nurses of Bentoel Medical Center Malang was high. For the result of the regression analysis the writer got the model of equation Y= -1,215 + 0,346 X1 + 0,624 X2 + 0,137 X3 + e, meanwhile the result value of determination coefficient (R2) is 0,704. Based on the multiple linear regression, the findings are the motivation has positive influence to the performance of nurses 70,4%, while 29,6% was influenced by other factors which were not discussed in the research.
