Abstract

This watchfulness aim is that is: 1) to detects employee motivation 2) to detect employee performance 3) to detect motivation influence towards employee performance and 4) to test motivation variable the influence strongest towards employee performance PT. Hartha Anugerah Muliya Banyuwangi. analyzer that used in this watchfulness that is by using scale distance analysis and doubled linear regression. Based on watchfulness result and discussion that done so can be pulled conclusion that 1) employee motivational level enter in tall category. 2) employee performance level enters in tall criteria. 3) motivation that consist of physiological need, safe taste need, social need, selfrespect need and has influence significant towards employee performance 4) influential strongest social need variable towards employee performance pt. hartha favour muliya banyuwangi. Suggestion that can be submitted in this watchfulness that is 1) supposed company always cope to give support in main need fulfillment in this case clothing need. 2) in the effort safety guarantee need fulfillment (for example: well-being insurence and accident), supposed company always cope to give support in creat safe taste in work memperusahaan. 3) company must can to watch over good connection with employee so that can be created harmonic connection between elements found at company. 4) company must give support to employee to develop potential that has so that employee can work according to maximal in company
