Abstract
he study object of this research is about the obstacles that arise in the process of resocialization for Adult Correctional Clients (Studies in Class I Correctional Center Malang). The background of this case because the client's adult correctional difficulties in the process of social reintegration in the community. Society assumes that once people do evil, then forever evil person would do. Bapas very important role for the adult correctional clients to overcome obstacles that occur for the client. The method used sociological approach to judicial review of the provisions of applicable law in the community. Research location in the Central Penitentiary of Class 1 Malang and is the source of primary data is the documents obtained from the study sites and conduct interviews with correctional officials Klas an unfortunate Hall, derived from the secondary library materials such as books or literature. The method of analysis based on data the authors use qualitative deskrptif that is an analysis of data with a picture memeberikan with the realities that exist both writers get from field studies and literature studies. Through this research, the authors get the result, namely (1) The process of resocialization for clients. Clients must have an end to the guidance of the prisons prisons made a request for Community Research (Litmas) to BAPAS to resosilalisasi process for clients. (2) The constraints that arise for clients in the process of resocialization of the lack of job skills, economic constraints and obstacles acceptance in society. (3) Efforts to overcome the obstacles BAPAS provide job skills and to work so that the adult correctional clients to meet the daily needs of its economy. In Doing resocialization client community must obey all the rules that exist in the community, a people who obey the law and show a positive attitude towards change. BAPAS conduct counseling to the community and explain about bapas client was given a briefing before the resocialization and stated that the client BAPAS been well behaved, have shown awareness and peyesalan causing sentenced.
