Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the ratio of the most influential CAMEL bankruptcy banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange and to know how big the accuracy of predictions generated by the logistic equation in the bankruptcy of the bank. Usability research for the bank expected to be input and reference material in evaluating the performance of banks, investors are expected to add to the consideration of the investment decision, and for further research are expected to develop further research. Based on the research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that the results of the hypothesis proposed in the study, Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted. This study found that the ratio of CAMEL positive and significant effect in predicting bankruptcy of the banking company which is the ratio of capital adequacy ratio (CAR) with a significance level of 0.014 for predicting bankruptcy of the bank by using a logistic model showed 96.4% overall is accurate. Suggestions can be submitted in this study, for the banks to pay more attention to the ratio of capital adequacy ratio (CAR) ratio because it can provide a positive influence on the prediction of bank bankruptcy, for investors to pay attention also to the CAR, so that later no wrong in taking decisions so as to minimize the risk in investing, and for further research should consider factors other than CAMEL ratios, for example, aspects of compliance including Maximum Lending limit (LLL), reserve requirement (GWM), and Net Open Position (NOP).
