Abstract

Objective 1) to describe the motivational factors 2) to describe the hygiene factor 3) to describe the job satisfaction of employees 4) to describe the significance and strength of the relationship between motivational factors and job satisfaction of employees and 5) to describe the significance and strength of the correlation between hygiene and employee satisfaction PT. Gasulindo Lumajang. The analytical tool used in this research is by using a range of scales and correlation analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion by using the Scale analysis and correlation analysis has been done, it can be concluded that 1) motivational factors in PT. Gasulindo Lumajang in the high category. 2) hygiene factors in PT. Gasulindo Lumajang in the high category. 3) Job satisfaction of employees at PT. Gasulindo Lumajang in the high category. 4) factors employee motivation and job satisfaction of PT. Gasulindo Lumajang have a strong and significant relationship sand 5) hygiene factors and job satisfaction of employees of PT. Gasulindo Lumajang have a strong and significant relationship. Suggestions can be submitted in this research that the company must implement a working system in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the banks so as to provide assurance over the achievement of the set target sand provide a facility that actually work in accordance with work place safety standards and work procedures must be executed by all the elements contained in the company
