Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the provision of a given motivation and work performance of employees at PT . Gandum Malang , the results of studies that prove that existence needs motivation , relationship needs and growth requirements affect the work performance of employees of PT . GANDUM Malang , then in an effort to maintain a high level of work performance then the company needs to maintain and adjust compensation for employees , . The analytical tool used in this study is the range of scales and multiple linear regression . The results showed that motivation needs of existence in PT . GANDUM Malang said in the very high category . , The relationship needs to PT . GANDUM Malang said in the high category , the PT 's growth needs . GANDUM Malang said in the very high category . Proved by obtaining an average score of existence needs motivation variable ( X1) is 157 , the average score of the variable relationship Needs ( X2 ) by 144 , the average score of the variable Growth Needs ( X3 ) at 157 . Employee performance is indicated by an average score of 147 Job performance variables that are at a high assessment scale . The results obtained from multiple linear regression Y = -0,635+0,486X1+0,2415X2+0,668X3+e. From these results suggested that the company's management and employees must work well together and sought to increase the company's earnings each month , so the company can provide many bonuses to its employees so that employees work performance increases.
