Abstract
The development of Internet users makes a great potential for the creation of online shopping. Online shopping has become an alternative way of purchasing a product or service. In online shopping trust, quality of information and the knowlegde of Internet technology believed to affect toward purchasing decisions by online. The purpose of this research was to determine whether an purchasing decisions by online is influenced by the factors of trust, quality of information, and Knowlegde of Internet Technology. In particular, this research is discussed about online shopping through Tokobagus.com trading site. The method of analysis that used in this research is the method of Confirmatory Factor Analysis with sampling techniques using purposive sampling method. The data from 100 questionnaires distributed to consumer Tokobagus.com trading site as the primary data source. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that the trust variablescan be measured and described by the two indicators,security of transactions and confidentiality of personal data is guaranteed.Quality of information variables can be measured and described by the three indicators,quality information, the information is clear, and trustworthy information. Knowledge of internet technology variables can be measured and described by the two indicators, knowledge about the internet and ease of access.
