Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) To determine the condition of organizational culture on employees in hospitals Kanjuruhan Kepanjen Malang (2) To determine the performance of employees (3) To determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. Analysis tools used in this study is linear regression, which determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance. Test instruments are validity and reliability, a range of scales, testing hipotessis the F test and t test. The results (1) organizational culture is very strong (2) performance of employees is very high can be seen from scale range of 315.8 (3) organizational culture influence on the performance of employees indicated by R values of 0.764, which means that 74,4 % employee influenced by performance. Independent variables namely organizational culture of innovation and risk taking, attention to detail, orientation to results, oriented toward people, toward team orientation, aggressiveness, and a significant effect on the stability of the variable Y (employee performance). However, it can be concluded that the independent variables are the most dominant effect on the dependent variable is the variable aggressiveness, because the value of the regression is the most significant level of 0,226 to 0,003.
