Abstract

The purpose of this research are 1) to describe the ocean stressors employee dining garden home. 2) to describe employee performance ocean garden restaurant. 3) to describe the employees' stress eating ocean garden. 4) to determine whether there is a significant effect between stressors with job performance. 5) to determine whether there is a significant effect between stressors with job stress. 6) to determine whether there is a significant effect between stressors with work performance through job stress. The result showed that employees' stressors and stress eating ocean home garden in the high category. Employee performance ocean garden restaurant in the category of low. Stressor significant effect on employee stress. Stressors have a significant effect on employee performance. Stressor significant effect on work performance through stress. Advice for companies is expected to reduce to reduce the stress level and work stressor that has existed in the company over the years. Party house dining Ocean Garden Malang should give credit for the work that has been achieved by the employees, so that employees can be more enthusiastic about their work and better work performance. For the next researchers who are interested to continue this study are expected to be able to connect or relate the influence of stressors and stress on other factors.
