Abstract

This research is a case study entitled "The Effect of Compensation on Employee Performance Parts Production and Sales PT. Malindo Intitama Malang Raya". The purpose of this study is to describe the compensation and employee performance as well as to analyze the influence of the most significant and influential among compensation on the performance of employees. Analysis tool that is used to describe the compensation and employee performance using the Scale Range. To analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance using multiple linear regression analysis. And for testing using the Test F and Test T. Hypothesis Test results of the analysis indicate that the PT. Malindo Intitama Malang Raya direct financial compensation included in the category Good Enough evidenced by the average score of the scale ranges of 121 and indirect financial compensation in the category Good evidenced by an average score scale range is 143. Employee performance high, indicated by an average score of 135 scale range. Direct financial compensation and financial compensation is not directly significant effect on the performance of employees, it is evidenced by F value > F (21.934 > 1.687). Indirect financial compensation variables that most affect the performance of the employees, based on the results of the regression coefficient comparison of direct financial compensation amounting to 0,379 and indirect financial compensation amounting to 0.980.
