Abstract

This study is a survey with the title "Effect of Organizational Climate on Performance of Vocational High School Teachers In Muhammadiyah 2 Malang". The purpose of this study to determine the organizational climate, to determine the performance of teachers, to determine the effect of organizational climate on teacher performance, and organizational climate variables to determine the most powerful influence on the performance of teachers in vocational high school Muhammadiyah 2 Malang. Analysis tool that is used to describe the organizational climate and teacher performance that uses Scale Range. To analyze the effect of organizational climate on teacher performance using multiple linear regression analysis. And for testing using the Test F and Test T. The analysis showed an average total score for climate leadership organization (X1) of 124 in the excellent category. The average total score for the organizational climate of motivation (X2) of 118 in the excellent category, the average total score for climate organizational communication (X3) of 121 in the excellent category, total average score for organizational climate interaction (X4) by 124 in the excellent category, total average score for organizational climate decision making (X5) of 118 in the excellent category, the average total score for climate goal-setting organizations (X6) of 114 in the excellent category, total average The average score for organizational climate control (X7) of 118 in the excellent category, total average score for teacher performance (Y) by 127 in the very high category. Organizational climate has a significant influence on the performance of teacher SMKM 2 Malang, it is evidenced by F value> F (20,663> 2,373). Communication variables that most affect the performance of teachers, based on a comparison of regression coefficients of leadership (X1) 0.229, motivation (X2) -0.165, communication (X3) 0.659, interaction (X4) 0.398, decision making (X5) -0.326, goal setting (X6) 0.135, control (X7) 0.314.
