Abstract

Consumer behaviour is individual actions directly involved in effort to get, use and determine goods or service, belong decision-making processes that precede and follow actions. For the reason comprehension towards consumer behaviour not easy job, but enough difficult and complex. This watchfulness aim is that is to detects factor everything considering consumer in decision wears self-supporting bank credit card and to detect where consideringest consumer in decision wear self-supporting bank credit card. analyzer that used in this watchfulness that is by using factor analysis. Based on watchfulness result and discussion that done so so can be taken conclusion that found five factors considering consumer in decision wear self-supporting bank credit card, that is hit product, process, customer service, people and price. Factor consideringest consumer in decision wears self-supporting bank credit card that is product factor, where is factor formed by quantity variable outlet self-supporting bank, credit card functioneds for cash money withdrawal, ease in payment and the light instalment cost per year. After study, analyze and conclude from watchfulness result that done, so submitted several suggestions that is supposed company always cope to give facilitiess to consumer related to consumer efforts to get service according to maximal so that be consumer deliberation in use credit card on the market. Supposed company also pay attention supporter facilities that be consumer deliberation in use credit card facilities on the market. Facilities that is hit ease in course of management and facilities other that give profit to consumer.
