Abstract
The purpose of this study are: 1) To determine the effect of the financial performance of the Price Earning Ratio (PER) in the listed company in LQ 45 and 2) to determine which variables are dominant influence Price Earning Ratio (PER) of the companies listed in the index LQ 45. The usefulness of this study, especially for investors and prospective investors, can be used as a basis or guideline to continue to invest in the company and the evaluation on the basis of the financial performance of the company. Based on the research and discussion by using multiple linear regression analysis was done, it can be concluded that the financial performance include the Return On Equity (ROE), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turn Over (tattoo) and Current Ratio (CR) affect the Price Earning Ratio (PER) in companies listed in LQ 45 Index indicated value of coefficient of determination (R2) and the value Fhitung. Return On Equity (ROE) dominant influence Price Earning Ratio (PER) in the listed company in LQ 45 is evident from the results of thet test and regression coefficients. Suggestions can be submitted in this study are expected investors to continue to invest in companies listed in LQ 45, due to the financial performance of the company has accomplished able to guarantee the benefits to be gained. For potential investors, is expected to re-evaluate the company's financial performance so that when the company's financial performance both the prospective investor is expected to invest in the sector.
