Abstract

This type of research study survey. The research was conducted at the Office of Social Service Malang and the title is "The Effect of Disciplinary Work Of Performance PNS At Kantor Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Malang". The purpose of this study was to describe the discipline of work that includes self discipline and discipline, as well as the performance of the PNS in the Office of the District Social Malang distribute the questioner to the employee. Data collection techniques used in questionnaires, and observations. The analysis tools are simple linear regression. Based on the results of a simple regression analysis showed that the disciplinary effect on the performance of civil servants working in the Office of Social Malang. This can be seen from the test results obtained by the hypothesis that the discipline of work have a significant influence on the performance of PNS in the Office of Social Malang. Calculation hypothesis test obtained t count greater than t table, which means that disciplinary effect on the performance of PNS working in the Office of Social Malang. These results are supported by previous research which states that there is a significant influence on the performance of the work discipline of PNS. From the results of this study suggested that the company can continue to improve labor discipline in the Social Service Office of Malang Regency, where the discipline of work which will improve the performance of the maximum. Increasingly meningkatknya PNS mean performance will also be able to improve the reputation of government agencies that have recently started to get attention from the public because of the performance of PNS who are still not good.
