Abstract
This research aim to 1) To know compensation of finansial covering indirect and direct 2) To know employees performance 3) To know compensation of finansial covering indirect and direct have an effect on to employees performance 4) To know compensation of finansial having an effect on dominant to employees performance at benediction berkah Pak To Kandangan Kabupaten Kediri . Population this research is all employees part of marketing at benediction berkah Pak To Kandangan Kabupaten Kediri Kediri that is counted 37 employees. used Data analyzer that is spanning and scale of regresi doubled linear with test of F and test t. Pursuant to result of solution and research which have been conducted by hence can be pulled by conclusion that compensation of finansial covering indirect and direct berkah Pak To Kandangan Kabupaten Kediri enter in good category. Employees performance berkah Pak To Kandangan Kabupaten Kediri enter in high category. compensation of Finansial covering indirect and direct have an effect on to employees performance at berkah Pak To Kandangan Kabupaten Kediri Kediri.
