Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) To know the situational leadership style that includes task behavior and relationship behavior in employees 2) To determine the performance of employees and 3) To determine the effect of situational leadership style that includes task behavior and relationship behavior toward employees at the Company's performance folding mats Elresas Lamongan. Based on the research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that the situational leadership style that includes task behavior and relationship behavior in employees at the company Elresas Lamongan folding mat can be categorized as high. Performance of the Company's employees in Lamongan Elresas folding mat can be categorized as high. There is the influence of situational leadership style that includes task behavior and relationship behavior on the performance of employees in the Company folding mats Elresas Lamongan. Suggestions can be submitted in this research leader always trying to explain to employees for tasks that must be completed so that the employees can work in accordance with the provisions set by the company. Leaders must give clear instructions to employees so that all forms of work procedures can be done optimally by employees and leaders should pay attention to employee complaints as well as a discussion about the work to be completed by the employee.
