Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) To determine the factors that are considered to be a factor in employee motivation KUD Mitra Bhakti Makmur. 2) To determine the factors most powerful factor in employee motivation KUD Makmur Mitra Bhakti. The analytical tool used in this research is the analysis of factors. The results of the analysis can be seen that the factors considered to be employee motivation at KUD Mitra Bhakti Makmur as many as five factors. The first of these factors are included: high job performance, the completion of a job, job security and housing needs. The second factor which includes: a harmonious working atmosphere, and clothing gets continuity of work. The third factor of the sense of family in their work and awards. The fourth factor of the need for food and work performance has been achieved and the five factors which include: ensuring safety and job security are not jeopardized. The most powerful factor to employee motivation at KUD Mitra Bhakti Makmur can be known from the eigenvalue 2,452 and prosentase of variance 16,347%. Suggestions can be submitted in this research is expected to reward management work performance achieved by karyaan. In support of the expected completion of the work the company has always sought to provide support by providing working facilities primarily associated with physical facilities, such as motorcycles, cars tanks and other facilities related to the activities of cooperatives and provides housing for employees who do not have permanent residence.
