Abstract

This research represent method survey at Company of Nanisa Beauty and Dental ClinicMalang with title " Analyse Customer satisfaction Nanisa Beauty and Dental ClinicMalang”.Research purpose is to knowing how satisfaction of customer atNanisa Beauty and Dental ClinicMalang"according to customer. Analysis instrument that used in research is analysis Make An Index To Satisfaction of Customer (IKP) to know storey;level satisfaction of customer of by comparing customer expectation with company performance. Result of calculation of analysis of IKP got by IKP > 1 with value 1,06%, its meaning all customer feel very satisfied to the quality of performance or service given Nanisa Beauty and Dental ClinicMalang. Because pursuant to from IKP where if IKP = 1 hence customer lick lips, if IKP < 1 hence disgruntled customer and if IKP > 1 customer feel very satisfied. Raised suggestion that is for service which must be improved by company ofNanisa Beauty and Dental ClinicMalang isindicator like,Doctor on time as agreement with schedule. Because after done by research of indicator above not yet earned to fulfil customer expectation or equally not yet earned to gratify customer.Hopefully for Nanisa Beauty and Dental Clinic Malang to increase indicatorDoctor on time as agreement with schedule that patient not a bored because waiting of Doctor
